Client Services Manager

Brilliant opportunity for a Client Services Executive to join a successful IT company based in Battersea. This role is suitable for someone who has a strong IT and management services background and who has worked in a client services role answering client queries and can identify new business opportunities. This is not a sales role, but you need to be astute, on the ball and one step ahead. You will be working across the key business areas dealing with executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. You will liaise with internal teams to improve entire customer experience. You will need to be highly organised, resourceful, passionate about the industry and driven to succeed. This role requires someone who likes to engage, manage and deliver to the highest level. Proven track record of Account Management with IT and the ability to demonstrate communicating at all levels with brilliant results. Client focus and solutions are paramount for the customer’s needs. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to really take ownership of a role with impressive clients that has no glass ceiling to grow and develop. This position may also require occasional travel.
