• Responding to customer queries by phone and email
• Queries will include: placing orders, delivery and returns queries, stock queries, dealing with order issues

We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking to customers on daily basis and who is not afraid and will stay calm when dealing with more challenging situations. Both on email and on the phone.
