Are you a recent university or secretarial college graduate looking to secure a role in office administration?

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to provide support to 6-8 Directors as an Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an Administrator for a recognised organisation and is paying between £22,000 - 24,000.

Main duties of this Administrator position include:

  • Managing complex calendar requirements for assigned Directors
  • Meeting organisation for various stakeholders
  • Inbox management
  • Preparing expense reports
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties when required

The successful candidate will be a polished, professional individual eager to take on responsibility. You will be comfortable interacting with senior level colleagues, have excellent communication skills and thrive in a busy environment. A bachelor's degree, secretarial qualification or 1 - 3 years of relevant secretarial work experience is required.
