Our client, a well-regarded charity, are currently recruiting for an experienced Office/Operations Coordinator to join them on a temp-to-perm basis.  They are a friendly and welcoming environment, with a small highly academic team.  This role will suit someone who enjoys working autonomously, and has excellent client facing and administrative skills.

Based out of lovely offices near Central London, you will be tasked with a range of duties including:
  • Office management duties. 
  • First point of contact for the business, taking any calls. 
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all staff members and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Updating their CRM with membership reminders and donor information. 
  • Financial administration including check and credit reconcilliations, and taking payments over the phone. 
  • Updating the website using wordpress and assisting with their newsletter. 

This is a great role for someone who has a couple of years’ experience within a similar organisation.  They are looking for someone who has experience with CRM systems, and can pick up new systems quickly.  The right candidate will be self-motivated but also work well within a team, be educated to degree level, and have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
