Wonderful opportunity to join a highly established luxury healthcare clinic as a vital member of the Patient Care team. 

42 hours a week including a 1 hour lunch break. Shifts are typically 08:00-16:30, 08:30-17:00, 9:00-17:30 and 09:30-18:00.

**The job would be Monday-Friday in the first 3 months with a view to working every Saturday after this with a day off in the week**

The Role

The purpose of this role is for all patients to have a coordinator that can help them and follow them through their journey from first contact to continuing aftercare. The primary goals of the Patient Care Coordinators are to reach their booking targets and at the same time delivery outstanding patient care.

The Candidate

You will be a highly organised self-starter with strong self-motivation and well developed communication skills. If you enjoy client facing and have a friendly and approachable manner then you will do extremely well in this role. You will need to have a minimum of five years in customer facing roles, some form of sales experience, strong microsoft skills and good problem solving skills
