Team PA required for 12 month maternity contract at Top Investment Management Firm / Mayfair / £40K

A highly regarded investment management firm is looking for an experienced team PA for a 12 month maternity contracting supporting the Energy Team.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging role in a fun, fast paced and social company.  You will providing senior level PA support to the Energy Fund Manager and a team of 5 people.  Duties will include heavy diary management,  complex and ever changing international travel,  progress reports, PowerPoint presentations and expenses.  You will also be liaising with clients on a daily basis and coordinating roadshows.  You will be working out of beautiful offices in the heart of Mayfair and the company has a fabulous and friendly culture and really look after their staff.   While they will not expect you to work outside of hours, there is a lot to juggle in this role and therefore they need someone who can think on their feet, thrive in a fast-paced environment and who works well under pressure. The right candidate will have at least 3 years team assistant or PA experience, ideally be a graduate and have worked in financial services and be beautifully presented. Good communication and MS office skills are paramount, including advanced PowerPoint.
