We are a dynamic recruitment consultancy based in the heart of Soho with a busy successful team of consultants.  We are looking for a really switched on enthusiastic all rounder to oversee the smooth running of our office.  This role is packed with variety and is the ‘glue’ of the office, so the right person needs to have bags of common sense, a lovely bubbly personality and a muck in, flexible attitude.  This role encompasses; front of house, answering phones, meeting and greeting candidate registrations, managing meeting rooms, couriers, office supplies, ordering and budgeting office equipment, PA support to Directors, invoicing, weekly payroll, database updates, website management and updates, marketing and social media support, advertising, organising events, liaising with IT, onboarding new starters, administration and filing.  This list is not exclusive and varies enormously with time of year and the various projects going on.  We need a fast learner who loves to help and support and gets satisfaction from seeing results for their efforts.  We are a very busy team and we need a bright individual who can work autonomously and enjoys being flexible and thinking on their feet to find solutions.  We have great benefits at Bain and Gray including an annual Summer and Christmas party, breakfast on a Monday morning and training when needed. 

Hours 8.45am to 5.30pm
