An international consultancy firm is looking for Personal Assistant to join their team on temporary to permanent basis. The consultancy firm specialises in dispute, investigation, operational and business advisory, risk management and regulatory advisory, and transaction advisory solutions. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years Personal Assistant experience at a senior level within professional services. You will have strong diary management skills and be a self starter with a practical approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a complex diary and required resources
  • Answer calls and deal with related requests when appropriate
  • Organising and taking minutes at the Senior Level meetings and following up action points
  • Ensuring the smooth running of meetings and offering refreshments as necessary
  • Ensuring that the senior Management team are well prepared for meetings
  • Producing letters, documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations, collating and binding reports / presentations
  • Booking travel, hotels and organising visas and passports for the senior Management team
  • Updating contacts (business cards)
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Preparing expense returns and enters time into system
  • Ensuring corporate policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Acting as the point of contact for visitors and clients internal and external
  • Maintaining regular contact with senior staff and their PA's , often on confidential matters which require a high degree of tact

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 4+ years Personal Assistant experience at a senior level
  • Highly polished and professional
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage a diverse range of projects often to tight deadlines
  • Good time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy, sometimes high-pressured environment
  • Proactive and self-managed
  • Able to work under pressure and keep one step ahead
  • Excellent communication/people skills and the ability to liaise at all levels, including with clients
  • Confident and mature when liaising with all staff and able to build good relationships, both internally and with clients
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, on own initiative but within a team environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills are essential- Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
