PA TO HEADMASTER

Do you love children? An all encompassing, varied, interesting and fast paced support role has arisen, working in this hugely successful, well regarded school leading UK school, in the heart of London. All the staff are passionate, dedicated and loyal, and the team are very close-knit and established. As PA to the Head, your primary responsibility will be acting as the first point of contact for parents and visitors, creating and building relationships over the years, responsible for arranging all the after-school clubs and outings, annual school events, pulling together the weekly newsletter, general correspondence and anything else that arises on a day to day basis. No two days are the same and priorities and needs change on a minute by minute basis, so the pace will be fast and stamina will be required. I am looking for a forward thinking, exceptionally organised individual, who is willing, eager to get stuck in and who is able to use their initiative. Personality will be key; you must be confident, calm, friendly, diplomatic and warm.
