PA / Office Manager - Right hand to Founder - Luxury PR company Mayfair 

A superbly organised and polished individual is required to provide right hand support including Office Management and Executive Assistance to an entrepreneurial and successful founder of a luxury PR company which is at the top end of the luxury world. You would be a real go to person who can run the operational aspect of the business and boutique team flawlessly. You would also have the charm and personality to deal with uber chic and sophisticated UHNW Clients and brands. Stunning offices and progression in the role. A key and integral role where you work closely with the Founder / CEO.

 

The role would include: 

Office Management

• Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. 

• Manage Company Website 

• Manage suppliers and contracts 

• Stationery, office supplies, and paper ordering

• Office move

 

Executive Assistant:

• Diary management

• Travel bookings/logistics

• Restaurant bookings

• Expenses 

• General admin support/paperwork/printing

• Manage Senior Team Meeting schedule and take minutes/actions

• Some personal work 

 

HR

• Support company recruitment needs

• Create employee contracts for new starters

• Onboarding of new starters

• Manage Team Birthdays

 

 

Salary £40,000 - £50,000
