Based in stunning offices, they are seeking EAs to join their fantastic team of EAs.  You must have at least four years’ experience working as a PA or EA and love organising diary management, being responsible for your bosses inbox and be an absolute wizard at organising travel.  Your bosses travel extensively and you must be able to show and demonstrate a very strong background  in co-ordinating complex travel schedules and ever changing itineraries.  You must have experience of global travel and confidence in dealing with impossible travel situations and ensuring your boss gets from A to B to C.  Your bosses although extremely successful and ambitious are also fairly demanding and do expect the best service and support they can get.  The offices are right in the heart of the west end and have a lovely open plan vibe where all the PAs sit together and act very much as a team capacity.  The company promotes development and have a vested interest in all their employees.
