The Company:
My client are a Professional Services company based in Central London and they are looking for an experienced Team Secretary to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fast-paced and high pressured environment, therefore they are looking for someone is proactive, confident and willing. You will have exceptional communication skills and a warm and friendly manner alongside all of your team members.
The Role:
Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary and inbox management for the team
- Arranging internal and external meetings
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Setting up and organising of video and conference meetings
- Assisting with all catering needs
- Booking all international travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation and couriers
- Taking minutes for weekly team meetings
- Completing all expense claims and invoicing
- Distribution of all incoming post
- Franking and photocopying
- Filing and archiving
- Providing cover for the other secretaries when required
The Person:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Team Secretary/Team Assistant
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Previous experience in organising travel itineraries
- Exceptional organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding attitude towards work
- Responsible, pro-active and positive
- Excellent attention to detail
