Who am I supporting:You will be supporting the finance department

Key duties: You will be assisting in the general admin work which will involve scanning, printing, managing expenses, printing invoices, answering queries via email to suppliers, managing petty cash and banking cheques etc.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: Ideally you will have administration experience, ideally within a busy finance function, be highly motivated, have excellent attention to detail and a good telephone manner.

Availability: You should be available immediately or at short notice.
