This high end, private, luxury clinic in the heart of Harley Street is looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, who can help support their busy team of Patient Care Co-ordinators who look after all the clinic’s HNW clients. The primary goal of the Patient Care team is to help coordinate and manage every client’s/patient’s journeys with the clinic from first contact to continuing aftercare. The clinic provides a very personal and luxury service and, while this role is not client facing, you will be liaising with clients over the phone and on email so excellent written and verbal skills are paramount, as is an understanding of how to deliver 5* service.  They want people who are friendly, empathetic, well presented, approachable and able to multi-task.  Day to day duties will include but not be limited to:

·       Answering queries on the phone

·       Completing to-do list

·       Booking post-operative and enhancement appointments

·       Creating deposit receipts

·       Chasing prescriptions for patients

·       Being responsible for waiting list/cancellation list  & priority bookings

·       Distributing leads

·       Distributing any incoming emails and overseeing the finance email account

·       Scanning, taking meeting minutes and updating the database

·       Completing the end of day administration

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years admin or client services experience, have a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and be a self-starter. They are a fabulous company to work for with beautiful offices and a fun and social team of staff.

Please note that it will be requires that this person works on a Saturday in exchange for a day off in the week.
