We are looking for an excellent Office Manager to handle all of the administration in the office in order to ensure that everything is running smoothly and all of the admin processes are working effectively.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Hours: Full time
Location: Central London
Salary: DOE

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Smooth running of the office, managing general office appearance
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Maintain all necessary records to ensure that the office is well maintained, that administrative services are provided as required and that invoices are processed for work carried out.
- Ensure that repairs and regular maintenance are carried out, liaising with contractors.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
- Management and recruitment of support staff
- Order stationery and equipment
- General Reception responsibilities
- Book meeting rooms
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Organise office operations and procedures and keep staff informed
- Address employee’s queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements)
- Responsibility for office Health & Safety policy
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, celebrations and conferences
- Arranging business trips including overseas for all travellers other than the MD
- Arrange regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
- Ad-hoc admin support when required
- Shopping for refreshments
Candidates must be / have:
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Tech savvy and able to liaise with IT department where necessary in order to resolve issues quickly
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, with strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Hard working and driven, able to show initiative and leadership skills
- Flexible, with excellent attention to detail
