Our client is a small, independent Italian furniture design agency with a wow factor client list and an international reputation for excellence. Currently based in beautiful offices in Lambeth, close to several mainline stations, the office will be relocating to Clerkenwell in 2020.
Due to the growth of the team the Directors are looking for a PA/Office Manager to support them both as well as managing the day to day needs of the office.
Your role will require all manner of admin and logistical support to include diary management, flight booking, document preparation, filing and overseeing email correspondence. In terms of office support you will oversee the smooth running of the office to include managing stationery supplies and other consumables, manage office security (alarm system, key & fob management), manage the IT (with 3rd party support), manage the company expenses and undertake minor HR admin duties like staff holiday management. Opportunites abound to get stuck into other projects to include Marketing, Social Media, Website updates and other projects.
You are an accomplished Office Lynchpin with fab organizational skills and naturally strong communication skills. You’ll have a head for numbers in order to support some administration on the financial side of things.
