Team Assistant – Investment Banking

Currently, there is a requirement for Team Assistant to join a busy Banking team, this role would suit an individual with corporate responsibility and/or corporate event experience, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, good analytical ability, and who is able to hit the ground running. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment is critical.

The role itself will rely heavily on your organisational skills where complex diary management and schedule co-ordination will be your daily focus. Working across multiple time-zones, your ability to make the most efficient and effective use of time frames will be a well-received talent!

Experience in the Financial Services industry is desired, but not necessary. Experience in secretarial roles is not required.

 
The role:
 
  • Manage the Team’s email inbox
  • Maintenance of the filing system, including manual expense/ invoice records for audit.
  • Update Team Procedures/ Policies/ Best Practise Training Materials
  • Weekly team meeting agenda and minutes
  • Administrative support for the Entertainment, Conference and Teambuilding Budgets
  • Execute monthly and on-demand audit repots
  • Run and interpret daily exception reports, escalating exceptions
  • Ad hoc Assistant support to a large team of bankers
  • Ad hoc expense audit tasks
 

Skills
  • Flexible and committed approach to work in order to satisfy the needs of the business. Existing team hours cover 08:30-18:30 and this position will cover 09:00-17:30
