Office Manager – up to £25k
A global consultancy is looking for an exceptional Office Manager who would be based from Front of House. Located in beautiful and busy open plan offices of 70 people in Westminster.
The Office Manager will be the go-to person coordinating all company events management, with office parties and quarterly company away days. They would liaise with the COO for this, regarding budgets, venues, guest list, caterers and transport. They would also arrange all travel and accommodation for the company, negotiating preferred rates for the company. The Office Manager would be wholly responsible for reception duties; meeting and greeting guests, managing the switchboard and the 6 meeting rooms, organising mail and the upkeep of facilities, and logging expenses. This Office Manager role is an amazing opportunity with a chance to progress into Project Management. The offices have a terrace for lunch in summer, and the team is friendly and sociable. Hours are 0830am – 530pm, with 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) in your first year, going up to 25 days in year two. There is a discretionary bonus.
The successful Office Manager will be of graduate calibre, with experience in a professional/corporate environment, be ready to muck-in, and extremely organised.
