In preparation for the pending MIPIM 2019 Conference, one of our Real Estate clients is seeking interim support from a competent Team Assistant.

You will support the existing Admin Team in fabulous new offices in Victoria.

Exposure with high profile events and the real estate industry would be advantageous but previous experience managing diaries, booking travel and processing expenses are key skills required.

Our client is seeking someone with great attention to detail; competent verbal and written communication skills and not phased with rolling their sleeves up and getting involved.
