My client a prestigious medical clinic based on Harley Street are looking for an experienced part-time receptionist to work on their busy front desk, providing a 5 star luxury customer service to all patients attending the clinic. PLEASE NOTE: The working hours are 1-6pm Monday to Friday with no flexibility on this, paying a salary for £25,000 pro rata
+ an excellent benefits package.
The role will involve being the first point of contact for all visitors and patients to the clinic. You will receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or health care professional in a friendly, courteous, efficient and effective manner in accordance with the various practices procedures. To project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, including via the telephone or email. To provide general assistance to patients, doctors and their staff to ensure enquiries and matters arising are handled promptly, efficiently and courteously; post and courier items are delivered swiftly to the practices and surgery premises are kept clean and tidy. There will also be ad-hoc administrative duties in regards to assisting the landlord and maintaining the facilities of the building.
The ideal candidate will be warm and personable with a real passion for providing excellent customer service. you will want to take on a part-time role in a friendly environment. Experience working on a reception is a must as you will be the soul point of contact for the practice, but medial experience is not essential!
