The Financial Disputes team are a dynamic, punchy and vibrant and require a resilient ‘right-hand’ Executive Assistant who is quick thinking, able to pre-empt situations and demonstrate a forward-thinking, imaginative flair to alleviate pressures and tackle challenges face-on.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:               

  • Dealing with the multifaceted and ever-changing workload and demands
  • Inbox management, dealing with client confidentiality and actioning emails
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external communications
  • Setting up Executive Board meetings, preparing agendas and committee papers, attending and taking minutes at meetings
  • International and multi-destination travel arrangements
  • Client event management – venue sourcing, invitations and all event logistics
  • Proactive diary management, setting up conference calls and video conferences, internal and external meetings

Personal Competencies:

As an EA, you will need to be able to demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, commercial awareness and business acumen and be one step ahead of the game in this diverse, stimulating and responsible role, taking ownership of decisions and delivering a high-quality service. You will also have:

  • Previous EA experience within the legal or professional services fields
  • Strong delegation skills and be able to work as part of a team
  • The ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a forward-thinking, pre-emptive manner
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge and minimum typing speeds of 60-65wpm
