An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to the CEO to join a forward thinking, fast growing software company based in Manchester City Centre. This is an exciting time to join the team and would suit someone who would like to make the role their own!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • One to one support to the CEO
  • Busy diary management
  • Have access and look after the CEO’s emails and calendar
  • Arrange and set up meetings
  • Help with presentations- gather and prepare PowerPoint slides
  • Help with the recruitment process- filter through CVs
  • Take on own projects as and when required
  • Oversee the reception staff

Skills required and person specification:

  • Intelligent and quick thinking
  • Hardworking and professional
  • Happy to work in a busy and varied role
  • Highly organised
  • Experience in Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint

Salary: £28,000- £35,000 (depending on experience)

Start date: ASAP

Hours: Full-time/ Permanent
