Receptionist

A private clinic in the West End of London is looking for a Receptionist/Front of House Coordinator to support their super fast paced and highly pressured clinic front of house.

You will work in a hugely supportive team with a shift patterns including Saturday's with a great benefit package. Being the face of the clinic you will remain calm and be well presented at all times working closely with surgeons and nursing staff, welcoming patients into a stunning clinic environment.

Personal attributes and requirements

• 5* customer service experience
• Flexible, adaptable and resilient
• Knowledge of MS Office packages
• Ability to stay calm and compassionate through all communications
• Flexible with early (6) to late (8PM) shift patterns and working on a Saturday
