A Private PA with perfect fluency in French and English is sought after to join the incredibly dedicated support staff network of a delightful principal and their family. You will work in tandem with the family's other Private PA in managing their professional/personal affairs whilst ensuring a smooth day to day running of the London household and their properties abroad.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a French speaking Personal Assistant to become a valuable member of an aide-de-camp which has been well-established for many years! Your responsibilities will mainly involve providing seamless PA/Administrative support and acting as the main point of contact on behalf of the principal and their family. Very minimal out of hours support required however you may be required to travel with the Principal and the family around the UK and France.
Owing the delicate administrative responsibilities, the role requires a dedicated PA with absolute fluency in French and English, a meticulous approach to their work with great attention. You will also need to be very approachable, adaptable, flexible and able to hit the ground running from the get-go whilst having a good sense of judgement and the initiative to take direct action when appropriate.
Profile
- First class written and verbal communications skills in both French and English
- A proven bilingual Private PA /Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant / EA/ PA background with experience of supporting HNW / UHNW individuals
- Impeccable organisational and interpersonal skills
- Display a good sense of judgement and able to take initiative
- The ability to deal with highly confidential information
- Adaptable, approachable, reliable, flexible, discreet and excellent problem solving skills
- A keen eye for detail with excellent translation and typing skills in French <>English
- Good numerical and accountancy skills
- Able to juggle and complete multiple tasks simultaneously within a short time frames
- Flexible and happy to travel and work abroad
