Our client is an incredibly dynamic PR Agency with award winning clients and unrivalled campaigns alongside a culture of fun and excellence. Based in sensational offices in London’s Bankside you have the City of London at your fingertips!

The role is a varied Team Assistant position; primarily supporting the New Business Team and looking after the welfare of the working community as a whole.

Specifically you will work with the New Business Team to support the logistics of the new Business Process by ensuring databases are up to date, gathering and researching information, proof reading documents and ad hoc New Biz support. You will also support the Brand Directors by processing expense claims, organising travel, attending Brand meetings and other administrative duties.

Crucially you will be a big part of working across the Brand Community by organsing Socials, Brainstorming and other Events, help with junior on boarding and assist with the administration regarding Resource Management. You’ll be a bright spark 2nd jobber with experience of PR, Brands or other fast paced media environments, working to tight deadlines and delivering on multiple tasks. You’ll have a strong writing style and the ability to organsie biographies and case studies when required.
