An exciting, new opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support within a Global Investment Bank.
This role is unique and exciting, supporting varying seniority and high level professionals, which will require an articulate and bright proven Executive Assistant. The pace is fast and expectations high, therefore being someone who excels under pressure and can tackle last minute tasks is essential.
This is Executive Assistant role will include responsibilities such as:
• Extensive and proactive management of busy and constantly-changing diaries
• Coordinating internal and external meetings
• Arranging international travel, processing any visa applications
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with your team and other assistants
• Processing expenses
• Ad hoc admin photocopying and faxing as required
The successful Executive Assistant will have:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to juggle competing priorities meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Accuracy and high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels
• Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct
This fantastic role requires at least 5 years' EA experience, preferably within the investment sector. If you have relevant experience apply today.
