Facilities/Scanning Operator - Temporary/Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced all-round Facilities/Scanning Operator to join one of our highly prestigious law firms on an ongoing temporary basis. Our client will regularly require a contractor to assist them on an ongoing ad-hoc basis for projects that could extend from one day to a couple of weeks at any particular time. You will be required to undertake full facilities and scanning duties including post room, archiving, printing and reprographics in addition to other duties that may crop up. In a team of three, you will be scanning large and complex documents and assisting with deliveries. You should be immediately available with relevant experience within a law firm or a corporate or professional services environment.
