A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and experienced personal assistant to join a small private family office of five in Mayfair. You will be part of a wonderful team and will work closely with the other PAs within this office, where no day will be the same. There is no hierarchy in this role and you will have the chance to really make it your own.
Duties include;
- Diary management
- Booking travel
- Processing expenses
- Printing and scanning documents and sending to banks and other companies
- Filing
- Attending meetings with principal
- 80% support to Finance Director and 20% to head of office (this could change from time to time)
- Orgnanising events including Christmas abroad party and ski trip in March
- General administration duties
Skills required;
- At least 5 years experience in a senior PA role
- Ability to work under pressure and in a small office
- A good sense of humour
- Flexible approach
