What will you be doing?

In this role you will be supporting a team to ensure all objectives are met. You will be the first point of contact for all queries via e-mail, telephone and our helpdesk and will respond to all inquires within 24hours. You will also be responsible for conducting outgoing calls, registering new client and ensuring all key data is present and correct.

About you?

You will be experienced in client services and will have experience dealing with high volumes of client queries via telephone and email. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Experience of working with range of different types of client
• Generating reports
• Good working knowledge of a range of IT systems.
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to build rapport with range of different types of person
• Professionalism and consistency
• Excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrates concern over client perceptions
• Happy working in fast paced demanding environment - responding to 80 -100 emails per day
