Office Management role at a boutique Private Equity firm

Based in the city of London

Client Details

My client are an international boutique Private Equity firm with offices around the globe working within financial services. Over the past 4 years they have grown their London office to new successes and are not looking to take on an Office manager to be based in the city of London and aid in the smooth running of the London office, act as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the firm and provide support to the HR team in order to add value and help to further grow the success of the business

Description

The key responsibilities will include;p

  • Office manager duties, such as liaising with suppliers, vendors and incoming visitors to the office
  • Diary management, meeting and travel arrangement for the Chairman
  • Ensuring the office is presented well and clean
  • Organising mail and documentation for both soft and hard copy
  • Acting as the main line of support for the office staff on a daily basis
  • Aiding the HR team in their procedures and processes
  • Providing any additional support to the office when and where necessary

Profile

The successful candidate will require;

  • Prior experience working within a financial corporation as an Office Manager is essential
  • Extensive organisational skills, with a particular eye for detail
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable standard delegating
  • Experience in HR procedures
  • Experience with diary management and international travel arrangement
  • Ability to conduct well with stakeholders, suppliers and vendors

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid a salary of £45,000 and receive a company benefits package exclusive to the firm, be based int the city of London and work within a fast-paced, varied environment with a highly successful team building the firm in the financial services sector to success
