Maternity Cover - initially 6 month contract


Your new role
The Administrator will provide office administrative support, particularly supporting the Director and the team with Document Control and other tasks.

Duties will include:

• Provide general office administration
• Take telephone calls and deal with these in an efficient, polite and professional manner
• Take minutes, prepare PowerPoint Presentations as and when required
• Manage travel, diaries and meetings when required
• Manage corporate documents and records, maintaining high level of confidentiality at all times

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise workload methodically and able to work under pressure
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel packages
• Ability to create and edit presentations in Power Point
