In house role within fast growing Fintech for confident and capable recruitment coordinator. You will manage technical hiring through your PSL and you will need to develop your relationship to ensure that you get the very best candidates available on the market though creating an employer of choice understanding within the agencies you work with by delivering the best response to them. You will coordinate interviews, provide feedback, manage job offers and provide MI to the Exec. You will work closely with the business management team and with the technical delivery managers. You will deal with all direct candidates and will ensure that all candidates receive the best experience whether successful or not. This role will develop into direct hiring but you will continue to rely on a handful of effective suppliers to represent you to market. 

This position would suit a graduate who has found that working within an IT recruitment agency is not for them and is looking for their first position in house.
