A unique opportunity for a second jobber to join this incredible Creative Branding Agency with clients spanning Entertainment, Sport and Lifestyle, all based in gorgeous offices on the Embankment

• Organisation and booking of meetings (client and internal, external and global team meetings) and booking of catering, meeting space, display screen etc
• Monitor office consumables (toners, copier paper and branded stationary) and re-order as necessary
• Daily review of meeting spaces to ensure telephone/screens etc are working
• Arrange conference calls where necessary
• Liaise with suppliers when necessary
• Process expenses and invoices for  Board members
• Creates budgets and orders office supplies for the London office 
• Manages health and safety as well as fire regulations within the office
• Manages office subscriptions and online resources
• Manage the delivery of package and post internal/external
• Arranges travel and accommodation for executives when required
• Ensure all office management duties are being carried out by facilities department
• Attend meetings and draft minutes, monitoring completion of action points (as assigned)
• Set-up monitoring systems and collate coverage for client campaigns
• Draft briefing documents as needed by team and client
• Coordinate mass mailings, shipments, messengers
• Support team with general finance tasks including raising PO’s and job numbers
• Ensure invoices are tracked, collated and handed to finance to process.
• Ensure expenses are processed and paid for
• Prepare and update agendas for office meeting and status reports
• Completing expense reports
