I am currently recruiting for a fantastic part-time reception role at an internationally renowned charity, based in East London.
The role is to begin on the 14th January and to go for at least three months. The role is 14hrs per week and the cover required will be Monday and Tuesday.
As the receptionist you would be required to cover the reception desk as the first point of contact and receive all visitors and clients to department. You will also be required to provide administrative support to the department and assist the Office Manager as and when required.

- Proven experience of brilliant customer service
- A high level of confidentiality
- Proven experience of using Office 2010 and windows based computer systems
- Good general education
- Experience in the use of CRM database systems - training can be provided for this
