Our client, the foremost name in Media Research and Insight, is looking for an Academy Project Manager who is responsible for ensuring that Projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for the proactive management of multiple, established, global learning academies and will be expected to liaise across all key functions to ensure an efficient, end-to-end training delivery experience for the client.

This role will report directly to the Senior Academy Project Manager and work closely with the team to ensure that all respective functions are completed within a reasonable time-frame.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Embraces and displays passion and curiosity with Organisational Performance capabilities
  • Work with the team to understand budgets, scope and timing and taking necessary measures to deliver within this
  • Ensures all correspondence, materials, presentations, and proposals seen by prospective and existing clients are error-free, of highest quality, relevant to the client’s business interests
  • Partners effectively with all departments to ensure delivery of on-time, high-quality deliverables that address all business and client requirements
  • Works closely with team to understand internal and client business requirements
  • Works closely with the Academy Team Assistant to ensure logistics are on-track
  • Effectively manages the flow of information between all internal and external colleagues, collating and delivering the information back to the client and other stakeholders in a prompt and clear communication
  • Works closely with the client directors to ensure efficient management of any client requirements
  • Builds confidence with the client that process steps, billings and deliverables are well organized, communicated and managed
  • Understands the importance of budget tracking and reporting
  • Demonstrates excellent arithmetic and the ability to accurately track, maintain and advise on client investments
  • Partners with internal team members to ensure schedules and budgets are met.
  • Partners with Finance for projects numbers, reporting direct costs and answering related questions.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of targets, budget allocations, and profitability.
  • Supports Finance Team with invoicing and debt collection.
