EA temp - ad hoc ongoing

Fantastic private equity investment PA / Executive Assistant needed, who ideally speaks French, Italian, or German although this is not mandatory. A lovely high-profile investment firm based in central London is seeking a Temp EA / Temp PA / Float Executive Assistant / Part time temp PA, to commit long term, but work ad hoc within the EA team when the business needs it.

You should not be working for any other investment firms due to confidentiality and compliance reasons, therefore this EA role might suit someone who has their own interests outside of work, perhaps their own business or personal projects. You should be specifically looking for ad hoc part time PA work (likely to be a few days each week, although some weeks more and some less. Flexibility around your working days is essential)

• This EA to Partners Temp role / Float  EA role will include extensive diary and calendar management, supporting demanding Partners with high expectations who are working at the highest level
• Complex global travel schedules
• Liaising with clients
• Working closely with the other executive assistants in the team.

You will have professional services experience, strong senior PA / EA / Executive Assistant skills, and ideally a language although this is flexible, and be resilient enough to hit the ground running in an extremely fast moving and pressurised but positive environment.
