A great opportunity for a confident Receptionist and you will have the chance to grow within the corporate firm. You will be walking distance from Green Park tube station, working amongst a fun, young and bright supportive, hardworking team.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact within the offices. You will be welcoming all guests and clients to the office, many of which are ultra-high net worth individuals and you will give them the ‘wow’ factor when visiting the office. You will also be responsible for dealing with all inbound phone calls and managing the meeting rooms, while always having a very friendly manner.
You will coordinate all bookings of the meeting rooms and support with any catering requests accordingly. You will also support the Personal Assistant and wider team with administrative and office support, reporting into the Head of HR.

This is an opportunity for a professional and well-presented candidate who will embrace the role. You are a bright, enthusiastic candidate with at least a minimum of one years’ experience within a corporate environment, service or hospitality industry. You are not be phased by senior members of the team and UHNWI that come through the door.
Managing the reception, you must have excellent communication, written and organisational skills and are very personable. It is vital that you are always one step ahead and have an eye to detail. This is a real chance to grow within the firm and an opportunity to build a strong set of skills.

The Role

- Meeting and greeting guests
- Management of the meeting rooms – bookings and catering
- Ordering office supplies
- Assisting team with Admin duties – presentations and printing
- Communicating with all office suppliers/ point of contact for office management queries
- Supporting the EA to the CEO and Head of HR
- Manage the Social Committee and arrange social events the annual Christmas Party
