HR Analyst / HR Assistant

HR Assistant/Analyst - A rare opportunity to join a fantastic small and collegiate HR team - reporting to the HR Manager of a prestigious P. firm in amazing West End offices. We are looking for someone with lots of initiative, drive, tenacity (to be able to push back professional and diplomatically when needed) and who has experience working within a generalist HR team and happy to work at Assistant/Analyst level - so not overly ambitious. If you love working within a very busy HR department and want to be really involved with all this could be great. They would love someone to take ownership of tasks and be proactive.

Duties will include:-

* New Joiners/Leavers - oversee all from start to finish
* Prepare offer letters etc. - knowledge of compiling contracts etc. required
* Rescreening - oversee the reference process for UK and overseas
* Bens administration
* HR content on Intranet
* HR Admin - booking interviews, training etc.

This is a fast paced environment and you will need to be someone who remains calm under pressure. You will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills - used to dealing with 'C' suite.
