A leading UK law firm with an excellent reputation is seeking a Bids Executive to join their busy Business Development & Marketing team.
Reporting to the Bids Manager, you'll be involved in supporting a broad range of bid work across the whole firm, with responsibilities including:
- Coordinating bid processes, managing deadlines, liaising with Partners and their teams and other stakeholders;
- Writing, preparing and editing pitch documents and presentations;
- Developing supporting materials;
- Keeping standard tender and proposal documents and templates up-to-date;
- Scheduling meetings;
- Monitoring bid alerts and portals for possible leads;
- Record-keeping, maintaining CRM databases and updating Sharepoint;
- Reporting and analysis; and
- Promoting best practice.
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years' solid administrative experience within a corporate or professional services environment. You might have a degree, ideally in communications/marketing or another relevant field, and a keen desire to build a career in bids / business development.
You'll also be a confident communicator with people at all levels, proactive and eager to learn, with solid IT literacy.
