A hugely successful City based financial firm are searching for an experienced Receptionist to join their team. Based in fantastic offices, you will provide full reception duties and front of house assistance, working alongside a small admin team and in an office of about 100 people. Your role will involve answering all calls, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, coordinating meeting rooms, organising refreshments, ordering, post, couriers, cars and general administration assistant when needed. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated, charismatic and warm receptionist to kick start their career in this company and build their career.
Key skills and requirements:
- At least 2 years reception experience working within a corporate company.
- Ideally immediately available but they will wait notice for the right person
- Hard-working, slick and professional
- Articulate and confident with strong written and verbal communication
- An eye for detail and good spelling/grammar
- Outgoing, confident and friendly personality
- Team spirited, efficient and diplomatic
Should you impress there is excellent scope for taking on more responsibility. Fantastic benefits are available alongside the basic salary of £26,000 - £28,000.
