A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a top PA/OM to join a well-known, luxury travel company, based in the heart of the West End. You must have at least 4 years previous relevant experience, ideally within a boutique office or luxury brand. The PA will be; mature, professional and hardworking, able to multitask, prioritise and build strong relationships both internally and with clients. This is a demanding and challenging role, and needs someone with a thick skin. The role offers a great opportunity to support in a varied role at a senior level. The company are offer a competitive package and a beautiful working environment. Duties will include but are not limited to; diary, travel and inbox management, some private support, gatekeeping, scheduling meetings, events, managing contracts and procurement and more. This is an excellent opportunity join a well established and highly successful business, with scope to grow and develop the role.
