An exciting position has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support 1 Portfolio Manager and 7 analysts within the Equities Research Division of an investment bank in the City of London. This role involves all PA duties, extensive global diaries and travel, an ability to cope under pressure, work to deadlines, and be resilient and be able to work with different personalities. Suitable candidates must be degree educated (preferably with a finance or economics related degree), with solid financial services experience. It is essential to have experience of having supported a small team up to a senior level.
