A small Technology company based in the City are looking for an Office Manager with a good Support background to start with them from January and commit on a 3 day a week Part-Time basis for the next 6 months.

It is essential that you have previous experience working within a busy and varied role, are able to work well within a team and are happy to commit on a 3 day a week basis. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to work at all different levels and excellent time management.

-Development, review and improvement of systems, processes, procedures and relationships to ensure the smooth running of the office and compliance with current policies and procedures;
-Assist in the development and execution of the annual office budget
-Develop, implement and administer health and safety polices, processes and procedures to meet UK legislative requirements
-Undertake a daily office inspection identifying, recording and following through defects and oversee routine maintenance and contract/project works including office fit-out;
-Working with office colleagues and facilities team to manage space planning and allocation
-Manage all utilities and service providers with a view to optimising costs and maintaining strong and productive relationships
-Procure all office-related supplies including kitchen and office sundries, ensuring best quality sourcing and cost control
-Support the organisation and execution of all employee social events and meetings.
