HR Administrator
Who will you be working for?
A reputable membership organisation focussing on training, research, quality and advice for its vast member base in the health sector. They are an academic institution with a passion for increasing the standards of healthcare provision in the UK Located in the west end of London, you'll be working in one of the most exquisite parts of central London where there are beautiful parks to enjoy on your lunch break and plenty of eateries to spoil yourself with!
What will you be doing?
- Coordinating recruitment activities
- Liaising with recruiters and supporting best practise
- Assisting all new starters with the on-boarding process
- Manage the new starters process
- Supporting the wider HR team with general administration
About you
- CIPD qualified to level 3 or equivalent
- Ability to prioritise your workload
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
- A basic understanding of HR and Recruitment processes
