Our client a pharmaceutical regulator are looking for an administrator to join the team on a temporary basis starting January.

Duties include:

  • Act as first point of contact for all team enquires through the Associates and Partners in box.
  • Process invoices and expenses
  • Arrange meetings and take minutes
  • Maintain data base and records
  • Assist with online recruitment process including completion of all documentation as per standard process. Provide support with interview set up and assessment centres.
  • Carry out reference checks

Requirements:

  • Competent user of windows, excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with routine tasks
  • Self organised
