A boutique finance firm based in stunning offices in the heart of the West End are looking for a personable yet professional person to their team as PA.
The Role
- Complex diary and travel management, business and some personal
- Organising meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments and basic minute taking
- Processing of expenses
- Arranging social events for both clients and the team
- Ad-hoc personal errands
- Assistance with Powerpoint presentations
- Readiness to be contacted out of office hours
- Educated to Degree level or similar
- 12+ months experience in a PA role
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable and highly polished individual
- Exceptional standard of written and verbal English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Focused and responsive
