The London division of a prestigious consultancy, with impressive offices in the heart of the West End, are recruiting an Executive Assistant to support one of their most visible Partners who is looking to recruit the 'rock star' of logistical EA's. This is a truly outstanding opportunity that could prove to be a pivotal point in your career. You would have exposure to working with some of the most prestigious names within financial services; in order to be credible it is important that you are able to discuss your career and understanding of financial services.

The key requirement of this role is to deliver and coordinate an exceptionally high level of support for an exceptionally busy executive who travels extensively. Using your strong organisational and time management skills you will be responsible for complex diary management, booking global multi-stop travel and full inbox management. The ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks are essential as is the ability to build rapport quickly and easily in this role as you will be liaising with high profile clients and colleagues alike. You are someone who relishes the opportunity to work at pace with very tight and frequently changing deadlines.

Skills and experience required:

• Demonstrable senior level EA experience in financial services
• Outstanding time management skills and ability to multi-task
• The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• A proactive and flexible approach to your workload
