The role involves:
- Providing a professional service to the business in client and hospitality management
- Organising meeting room reservations, events and training
- Providing refreshments and lunch when necessary for guests
- Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image
The right candidate for the role is able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail with both external and internal clients providing an excellent and memorable service
