We have a brilliant temporary opportunity for a top notch Team Assistant to work for one of the most exciting brands in the world for 3 months. This is a company who truly values their people, they are winners of Health and Wellbeing awards and employee engagement.

This is a unique brand built by breaking into markets and shaking things up to offer consumers a better deal, a better service, or a fresh, innovative way of doing things. They work across Entertainment, Travel, FS and Health & Wellbeing and lots in between.

You would be supporting the Investment Team, and your day to day would involve the following:

  • POC for the Investment Team
  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements (visas, flights, accommodation and itineraries
  • Organising meetings (venue, documentation etc.)
  • Keep abreast of all new developments
  • Ad-hoc project work as directed. It's expected that the job holder will play a key part in co-ordinating such projects and ensuring all key milestones are met and everyone is aware of what is due, and by when the paperwork that needs attention. Allow for rapid retrieval for use by team members.


They are looking for someone super switched on with business acumen, and someone who works with a sense of urgency and who is great with people.

Location: Paddington

Rate: £15 per hour + holiday pay
