An innovative and passionate social development research company in London are looking for a part time HR and Admin Officer, to help them deliver excellence in social development consultancy and research.
You will be working alongside inspiring consultants in their central London offices, 7 minutes walk from Vauxhall station.
They are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills and an eye for detail, be able to work independently and within a busy team, and demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to the role and the world of social responsibility.
HR and Administrative duties:
- Organise the shared drive
- Look after generic business emails
- Supports advertisement of new jobs
- Key point of contact for candidates
- Arranges job interviews
- Issues employment contracts and related documents
General Administrative Support:
- Manages the desk booking system
- Provides logistical support to in-house and external meetings
- Keep company contacts details up-to-date
- Provides support to the induction of new starters.
- Supports new employees with setting up of workspace, equipment, email address, office supplies, etc
- Provides general administrative support to staff in general, as required
Personal Specification:
- Experience of similar role in small business environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of work with HR
- Interest in working in a supporting role
- Good people and communication skills
- Able to and enjoys multi-tasking
- Can work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Able to use own initiative
